Job Requirements
- Basic understanding of accountancy and book keeping

Job Responsibilities
- To assist in daily & routine operations and activities of account department (Account Payable)
- Responsible in general account & admin work.
- perform clerical duties and handling to order, replenish stationery and pantry item for staff
- assist finance department for cheque payment, i.e. electric bill, water bill, telephone bill, quit rent, assessment & others upon requested by others department.
- Maintain proper record and organisation of filling system.
- Receiving and processing all expenses, staff claims form
- Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks
- Daily tasks on accounts payable include preparing payment recording, posting. verification and filling of documents.
- Any other ad hoc assignment or related job as and when assigned by superior
- To assist other department for arranging any document sending out from company; courier service
