Account Assistant cum Admin

Job Requirements
  • Basic understanding of accountancy and book keeping
  • Good interpersonal skill to deal with customers and external contacts.
  • Must be hard working, responsible, self-motivated, initiative and independent
Job Responsibilities
  • To assist in daily & routine operations and activities of account department (Account Payable)
  • Responsible in general account & admin work.
  • perform clerical duties and handling to order, replenish stationery and pantry item for staff
  • assist finance department for cheque payment, i.e. electric bill, water bill, telephone bill, quit rent, assessment & others upon requested by others department.
  • Maintain proper record and organisation of filling system.
  • Receiving and processing all expenses, staff claims form
  • Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks
  • Daily tasks on accounts payable include preparing payment recording, posting. verification and filling of documents.
  • Any other ad hoc assignment or related job as and when assigned by superior
  • To assist other department for arranging any document sending out from company; courier service
